HEART

It shattered
silently
yes...as silently as
she declined
my kneeling
proposal!

she added before
leaving me heartbroken
'now that you have
million hearts you
better thank me'!

I did...
but for a different reason!

I know for sure
those million pieces merge
into one
maybe in a few days or
a few years
again filled with pure love !

lesson learnt
not to hand over that
beating part of mine to
people who see it
only as any other body part
come on...it is HEART
MY HEART!!
